Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN Support
Location: Secondary School, Westminster
Contract: Full Time, Long Term (Monday - Friday)
Hours: 8.30am - 4.00pm
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEN support for a fantastic secondary school in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or a graduate keen to gain school-based experience while supporting pupils with additional needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Providing dedicated support to pupils with SEN in the classroom.
Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
Supporting students with literacy, numeracy and social development.
Promoting independence and confidence in learning.
Helping create a safe, supportive and structured learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or SEN support staff.
Graduate with an interest in teaching or psychology (desirable).
Patient, empathetic and resilient when supporting students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
