Primary Teaching Assistant – Boston
Location: Boston and nearby villages
Contract type: Agency, Full-time, term-time only
Pay: £88–£95 per day
About the role
Right Education are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our network of supportive schools in Boston. You’ll be helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and offering vital encouragement to pupils who need an extra boost in confidence or focus.
What you’ll be doing
*
Providing 1:1 and small group support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
*
Assisting pupils with additional or special educational needs
*
Supporting class routines, transitions and learning activities
*
Helping teachers maintain an organised, positive classroom environment
What we’re looking for
*
Experience in schools or transferable experience from youth work, care or coaching
*
Reliability, patience and a nurturing attitude
*
Ability to follow direction and use initiative
*
Willingness to support across different schools when needed
Requirements

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Two relevant references
*
