Are you a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Bingley.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
Supporting pupils on ECHP’s
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure pupils are fully supported
Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in pupilThis role is ideal for:
Teaching assistants with SEND experience
Graduates with a background in psychology, education, or child development
Individuals with experience in care, youth work, or mentoringRequirements:
Experience working with children with SEND
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
