The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across the primary age range-helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting learning in the classroom, both in groups and 1:1
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of high-quality, engaging activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Contributing to assessments and observations to support pupil progress
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can succeed
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children in a primary school setting
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
- Be a team player with a positive, flexible attitude and excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
- Hold or be working towards a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or higher preferred)
