The Role
You’ll be part of a close-knit school community, supporting teachers and students to create inclusive, engaging learning experiences every single day.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.

Assisting teachers in delivering lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence.
*
Helping students develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
*
Creating a safe, calm, and nurturing classroom environment.
*
Building meaningful relationships with students, acting as a role model they can trust.
*
Supporting behavioural and emotional regulation in a positive, consistent way.

Either experience with SEN or a willingness to learn

An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one will be required.
