Are you a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact in primary education? We're looking for a Level 3 qualified TA to join our vibrant school communities in Sheffield, supporting pupils across a range of needs and abilities.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons
Leading small group interventions in phonics, reading, and catch-up sessions
Working closely with pupils with SEN (with and without EHCPs)
Modelling positive behaviour and promoting inclusive learning
Creating and gathering resources tailored to individual learning plans
What we're looking for:
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Recent, referenceable school experience (within the last 2 years)
A high level of commitment and professionalism
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable qualities:
Calm, focused, and understanding approach
Up-to-date knowledge of school policies and procedures
Experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or EAL
