Teaching Assistant – Primary School, Maidstone
Full-Time, Long-Term Contract (September 2025 – July 2026)

Are you a qualified and compassionate Teaching Assistant living in the Maidstone area? Are you passionate about inclusive education and ready to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development?
One of our lovely partner primary schools in Maidstone is looking for a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 until at least July 2026. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to support children across a range of abilities, including pupils with special educational needs (SEND), as well as providing general classroom support.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working in primary settings, either in mainstream or with SEND pupils
Is flexible across year groups and happy to support wherever needed in the school
Has a calm, inclusive, and caring approach to learning and behaviour support
Can build positive relationships with children and staff
Ideally has experience with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language needs, or other learning differences
Holds a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3)
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)
What we offer:
