With a team of teachers and support staff, the school focuses on building confidence, emotional wellbeing, and academic skills - enabling pupils to reintegrate into mainstream education or pursue alternative pathways. You'll work closely with teachers and tutors to support learning in the classroom and help overcome barriers outside it. Whether you're helping prepare resources, supporting behaviour strategies, or offering pastoral care, you'll play a vital role in transforming young lives.
