🎯 The Role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being. You’ll work alongside class teachers to:
Support pupils with learning activities across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Provide one-to-one and group support
Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning materials
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment🙋 We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children (school or non-school setting)
A caring, adaptable, and committed approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to support pupils of all abilities
