Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience
Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and delivering engaging lessons
Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help promote a positive learning environment
Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and participation in classroom activities
Liaise with teachers and support staff to deliver consistent support tailored to pupil needsThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience in a primary school or working with children in an educational setting
Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and adaptable to the needs of individual learners
Have strong communication and collaboration skills
Show initiative and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life
