Support Staff Required – Primary Roles in Gainsborough

Right Education is currently registering Teaching Assistants who are open to flexible roles in and around Gainsborough, including Morton, Upton, Saxilby, and Kirton-in-Lindsey. Roles may include day-to-day supply, short-term bookings, or longer placements depending on school demand and your availability.
Location: Gainsborough and surrounding villages
Pay: £85–£96 per day (based on 6.5 working hours)
What your day might involve:

Supporting classroom routines and transitions
*
Helping pupils stay focused and confident with their learning
*
Offering tailored support for pupils with additional needs
*
Assisting with phonics, numeracy, and creative tasks
We’re interested in people who:

Have school-based experience or transferable skills from childcare, youth work or support roles
*
Are calm, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
*
Can adapt quickly to new settings and follow teacher guidance
*
Hold or are willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
