Key Responsibilities: - Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and helping students grasp key concepts. - Work with students individually or in small groups to provide targeted support and reinforce learning. - Support students with additional learning needs, ensuring they have equal access to the curriculum. - Help to manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. - Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources. - Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when necessary. - Support the emotional and social development of students, helping to build confidence and motivation. - Assist with the supervision of students during break times or other school activities.
