What you'll need: * At least 3 months' experience working with young people (ideally with SEMH, autism, behavioural or emotional needs) * Calm, empathetic temperament; ability to stay composed under pressure * Strong communication skills and ability to build positive, consistent relationships What you'll get in return: * Equal pay to permanent staff after 13 weeks * DBS refund after 20 working days * Free CPD training via National College & Creative Education * Step Perks (24/7 GP access, retail discounts & wellbeing support) * £100 Amazon voucher with our Refer-a-Friend scheme * Dedicated support from a local SEN specialist consultant with over 10 years' experience Requirements: * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply) * Professional references covering last 2 years. * Right to work in the UK * Photo ID & Proof of Address * CV with a 10-year work history 📞 Call Graham Warner at Step Teachers (Manchester) 📩 Hit APPLY now to join a school where every student matters, and be part of transforming lives through SELMH support, structure and opportunity
