We are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for full-time roles starting September 2025 in primary and SEN schools across the London Borough of Islington.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with diverse learning needs and make a genuine impact in education.
Requirements:
Level 3 Childcare qualification or a degree in Early Childhood Studies
Previous experience working in primary or special needs (SEN) settings
Confidence in supporting children with SEN, including:
Autism (ASD)
ADHD
Speech and language difficulties
Experience delivering 1:1 support and working with small groups
A positive, proactive, and empathetic approach to learning supportResponsibilities:
Supporting children with SEN needs in the classroom
Assisting class teachers with planning and adapting lessons
Helping children engage in learning and reach their full potential
Providing personalised interventions and behavioural supportBenefits:
