Are you ready to step into a role where every moment matters? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, resilient, and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join an exceptional specialist school in Bristol this September.
Working with children and young people aged 3–19 who have severe and complex needs, you’ll become part of a dedicated team that transforms lives—supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, physical impairments, and behavioural or emotional challenges.

Your Role

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Help maintain a calm, safe classroom
Be a constant source of encouragement and support for pupils
What We’re Looking For

Experienced in working with vulnerable young people or pupils with SEND
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in the face of challenges
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
