£93–£115 per day (based on experience & a bit of sparkle)

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant specialist school in North Leeds. This school provides support for children and young people with autism and a wide range of complex needs. As a member of this team, you will be part of a collaborative and ego-free environment, where every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
What to expect:
You will be working in small class sizes of 6-9 pupils.
Regular communication and support from a collaborative team.
You will have the opportunity to work with both primary and secondary age groups, providing variety in your role.
You will be working with colleagues who are committed to the journey and not just along for the ride.
Your typical day might include:
Collaborating with the class teacher to support students.
Assisting students with learning and promoting confidence in their abilities.
Keeping the classroom organised, tidy, and welcoming.
Developing your knowledge and skills in SEND through on-the-job experience and free CPD opportunities.
