As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping students of varying abilities access the curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (school, nursery, youth work, etc.).
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to support students with varying needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
Confident, calm, and approachable with a professional attitude.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
