Job Description
Interaction Recruitment are really pleased to currently be working with a great school in Upminster in their search for a Teaching Assistant.
This role would require someone with previous teaching assistant experience, and the key responsibilities of the role can be found below:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting student learning
Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce key concepts
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as directed
Help with classroom management and organization
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
A genuine interest in working with children
Previous experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
