Teaching Assistant with Personal Care – S36 Area
£100 – £110 per day

Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role?
PK Education are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant with Personal Care experience to support students in a lovely school in the S36 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a nurturing nature, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping young people reach their potential.
Role Details:
Position: Teaching Assistant (with Personal Care)
Location: S36, South Yorkshire
Pay: £100 – £110 per day (dependant on experience)
Start Date: ASAP / January 2025
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Role Involves:
Providing classroom support to students with additional needs
Assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support learning and progress
Creating a positive, inclusive environment for all pupils
Supporting individual students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills
About You:
Experience working with children or young people with additional or complex needs
Comfortable providing personal care support
A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
A genuine desire to make a difference in young people’s lives
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
