SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting on behalf of some excellent special needs schools in Waltham Forest that are looking for a teaching assistant to join their team from September.
There are roles available in primary and secondary special needs settings.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a strong special needs teaching assistant who:
Are proactive
Demonstrate great relationship building skills
Are able to encourage students to be as independent as possible
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, displaying empathy and understanding
Strong teamwork skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and the ability to adapt them to meet individual needs
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
