About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis, providing additional support and guidance to help students reach their full potential. You will also manage classroom behavior effectively and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students. Our schools are located in Bristol and the surrounding areas, and we work with a variety of schools ranging from small village schools to large academies. Successful candidates will need to have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, excellent behavior management skills, and the flexibility and availability for day-to-day and long-term supply work. Requirements To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistants - September Start you will: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred Flexibility and availability for day-to-day and long-term supply work Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
