Job Title: Team Administrator
Location: Oldham
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Team Administrator to join the business due to growth. A great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure the wider are supported.
Duties:
Responsible for Admin support for the construction department, including but not limited to;
Planning, weekly meeting but daily updates as required
Street works notices and traffic management
Customer liaison – speak to site weekly as a minimum
Issue site team job packs
Ensure return of job cards and record, sign off if required
Book hotels and arrange site accommodation if required (welfare/storage cabins)
Speak to each team on a daily basis and complete the daily progress report
Issue live working notices; enter and close, ensure ‘as laid’ drawings are provided to design day after closing notice
Assist with completion files and ensure /project job files are kept up to date.
Training courses and register
Assist in quality management procedures
Liaise with external support staff / consultants
