Team Assistant  Central London Office Based £30,000 An industry leading and mission driven organisation are looking for a Team Assistant to join one a busy team and provide additional administration support.  WHAT YOU’LL DO This is a very busy role where you’ll be joining an energetic, collaborative team, with great exposure to senior stakeholders.  You will be working in team that is passionate about what they do and have a wealth of experience to pass on to the successful candidate!. You’ll report into one of the Executive Assistants, assisting them in supporting the executive directors. You’ll also provide general administrative support to the wider team.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diary management – co-ordinating internal and external meetings, often across international time zones Inbox management – monitoring and drafting responses of the executive office Stakeholder management  Event and meeting management International travel co-ordination including visas, itineraries and transport Expense managementWHO YOU ARE This role requires someone who has 1- 2 years administration experience, supporting in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail, coupled with curiosity is a must for this role. You will be communicating with senior stakeholders both internally and externally so you must have the confidence to do this. You’ll be someone who is happy to jump in and help with getting the job done, aswell as someone who is excited to learn!
