Job Description

Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home (NAT) Location: Handsworth Salary: £15–£16 per hour + £65 per sleep | Approx. 40 hours per week | 1 on 2 off shift pattern We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing care provider who are opening a brand-new 6-bed children’s home in Handsworth. The home will support children and young people who have experienced Neglect, Abuse and Trauma (NAT), providing a safe, therapeutic and nurturing environment where they can feel secure, rebuild trust, and begin to thrive. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and lead a team of Residential Support Workers. You’ll provide guidance, structure and consistency, ensuring children are supported to heal from past experiences and achieve positive outcomes.
