Job Description

Team Leader – Crisis Care Location: Gisburn (Clitheroe, BB7 4JJ) & Forest of Pendle (BB9 6NR) – with travel across Lancashire as required Salary: £14.00 per hour + £55.00 per sleep-in (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays – e.g. Christmas double pay, Boxing Day & New Year’s Eve time and a half) Hours: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern (Example shift: 10am–11pm followed by a sleep-in until 8am, then continuing until 11pm, ending at 10:30am the following morning. All shifts are 2:1 staffing.) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Essential Requirements: * Driving licence (required) * Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People * At least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role * Ability to lead a team and support young people in a crisis environment The Role: As Team Leader, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff supporting young people aged 8–17 in short-term crisis placements.
