Job Description
Total Staff Services are looking to recruit a Team Leader for our client based in Birkenhead.
As the Team Leader, you would be responsible for supervising a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high performance and quality standards, and supporting team development. You will be a key part of building a positive, productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead, motivate and support your team to achieve daily targets
Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company procedures
Support onboarding and training of new team mebers and agency personnel
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback
Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
Collaborate with management to drive comtinuous improvement
Ensure all daily operational paperwork is completed to th required standardSkills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
