Team Leader – E-commerce Warehouse 🚀
Warehouse Operative – Shift Lead 🚀

✅ Must Haves:
✅ Previous supervisory/team leader experience in warehouse, retail, logistics or e-commerce
✅ Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
✅ Able to motivate, coach, and support a team
✅ Hands-on approach – happy to roll up your sleeves with picking & packing
✅ Comfortable using IT/WMS systems & Microsoft Office
⏰ Hours: 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday (30-min unpaid lunch, 37.5 hrs per week)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a shift team of warehouse operatives 🎯
Running daily briefs, handovers, and monitoring KPIs
Overseeing accurate picking, packing & dispatch of orders
Managing inbound stock, returns, and inventory checks
Keeping warehouse systems and records up-to-date
Upholding health & safety standards and security protocols
Supporting training, development & team progression
Desirable Extras:
Previous e-commerce or order-processing experience
A positive, can-do attitude with great people skills
Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
