About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to join our food production team. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are consistently met, while leading and supporting your team to achieve their best.

Location: Evesham
Salary: £27,000 up to £30,000/ year
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
* Train, guide, and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
* Ensure all team members follow health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor quality checks to guarantee that food safety standards are consistently upheld.
* Allocate tasks and ensure team members are working efficiently and correctly.
* Support continuous improvement in processes and team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment (supervisory experience preferred).
* Hands-on experience with production machinery and equipment is required
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A keen eye for detail with a focus on food safety and quality.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
