TEAM LEADER - Hard landscaping / Groundworks (£30k p.a.)
Site Pro Services is a collective of multi-skilled tradesmen delivering a range of high quality infrastructure repairs on a variety of commercial properties. Working typically on retail parks, leisure parks, industrial estates and offices, we strive to achieve perfection on every job, no matter how big or small.
Due to continued expansion, the company is looking to expand its operational team with the addition of a Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license must have proven experience of working on small building works such as paving, drainage, fencing and concrete works etc
In return, the company offers a competitive salary, opportunities for overtime, 33 days per annum paid holiday (including Bank Holidays) and PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUSES
Site Operative - Essential requirements:
* Full UK driving license (clean with minimum of 3 years driving experience)
* 3 + years proven relevant experience of hard landscaping and / or ground works
* Team player with ‘can do’ attitude.
* Must be physically fit and used to early starts.
Site Operative - Desirable requirements:
* Work tickets (e.g Abrasive wheel, Cat & Genny)
* Emergency First Aid at Work
* Brick laying experience.
Site Operative - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 per year
Site Operative - Schedule:
* 8 hour shift (2pm finish)
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* Hard landscaping / ground works: 3 years (essential)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (min 3 year test pass required)Before You Apply
