Job Description
Hunt4 is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join our client in Hardwicke.
The ideal candidate must have own transport due to the location.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader for a Warehouse Distribution site. An excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take the next steps in their career
Our Team Leaders play an extremely important role in motivating the company’s teams and ensuring their success. Some of their duties include communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines with designated teams. They are responsible for motivating team members and assessing their performance and evaluation.
A working knowledge of Health & Safety safe practice, and the ability to understand and implement the company’s Health & Safety Policy are essential to this role
The role requires you:
* to be a strong communicator with the ability to foster and maintain excellent working relationships;
* a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail with great communication skills.
* have experience as a warehouse team leader in warehouse environment
Key duties will include:
* Lead and guide a large team responsible for the receipt, picking, packing and returns of products
* Control all movement of stock and orders
* Ensure the cleanliness of the Warehouse is maintained at all times providing a safe working environment
* Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day to day operations
* Support and monitor team performance, encouraging them to do their job to the best of their ability
* Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday
08:30 - 17:00
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
