Team Leader – PM Shift (13:30–22:00)

Location: Leicester, LE19
 Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour

Ideal Recruit is urgently seeking a Team Leader to join our client’s inbound department for the PM shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and warehouse experience to join a growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations

Support, motivate, and guide team members

Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Communicate effectively with the wider warehouse and management teams

Maintain documentation and system accuracy

Requirements:

Experience in warehouse operations

Strong IT/system skills and confidence working with data

Demonstrated team management or supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
