Job Description

The Role

We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Production Line Leaders to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing production lines and a team to achieve planned volumes while ensuring all commercial, quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals with strong leadership skills who thrives in a target driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a team to consistently achieve production targets
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards (SPI)
Maximise line efficiency to meet hourly and daily production plans
Monitor, control, and minimise waste
Manage team effectively, including agency staff coordination
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company procedures
Use the integrated management system to track performance and maintain records
Support training and development of new starters
Conduct return to work and disciplinary meetings when required
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal and external audits
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

About You

Previous experience in a Line Leader / Team Leader role within manufacturing or food production
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience working to KPIs and production targets
Knowledge of hygiene, and health & safety standards
Confident communicator with good organisational skills
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
