Job Description
Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a growing company based in the Coalville, LE67 area. Our client offers a dynamic solution for international freight delivery, warehousing and distribution.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 06:00-14:00.
This position pays £14.22
The ideal candidate would demonstrate:
· History of team leading
· Continuous improvement mind-set
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Effective time management skills
Job duties:
· Daily management of your team
· Providing positive encouragement and guidance
· High level of customer service
· Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
· Recognize skill gaps and provide training.
· Ensure your team(s) process all inbound, outbound and pick movements through the warehouse management system.
· Adhere to Health and Safety
· Ad Hoc Warehouse Duties
