As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth estate operations. You'll lead a team of Estate Services Operatives, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair tasks. You'll also handle team management duties, such as task allocation, record-keeping, and supervising staff to maintain high standards across the estate.
Your Impact
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering quality services that make a real difference to residents, ensuring that our estates are clean, safe, and welcoming. What You'll Need to Succeed
Prior cleaning experience within a housing or estate environment
Previous supervisory experience
