Team Leader Wanted – £14.50 per Hour
Location: Halifax ⏰ 12-Hour Shifts (6AM–6PM)
Shift Pattern: Tuesday–Friday or Wednesday–Saturday
Flexibility Required: Ideally able to cover night shifts (6PM–6AM) when needed
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance in a fast-paced production environment. If you have leadership experience and a hands-on approach, we want to hear from you!
💷 Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Your Responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a team to hit daily targets
*
Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
*
Communicating clearly with management and team members
*
Supporting with training and development of new staff
*
Handling basic admin, shift handovers, and reporting issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a warehouse/production environment
*
Strong people skills and confident decision-making
*
Organised, proactive, and reliable
*
Willingness to be flexible and cover night shifts when required
