Team Leader - Children's Residential Care Full-Time | up-to £29,600 per annum + enhancements Includes sleep-ins | Rotational shifts (evenings, weekends, nights) Permanent | Casual work also available Do you have a passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? NonStop are currently partnering with a client in the North West who provide safe, stable, and trauma-informed residential environments for young people aged 11-18 who have experienced adversity. As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of a close-knit, supportive team, helping to shape each young person's future with dignity, care, and resilience. In this pivotal role, you'll lead shifts and guide support workers with confidence and empathy, ensuring that day-to-day care is delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, emotional well-being, and life skills. You'll work alongside experienced managers who will invest in your growth, offering hands-on mentoring, structured training, and a clear pathway to further leadership. You'll play an active role in reviewing care plans, promoting safeguarding, and building therapeutic relationships that empower young people to move forward positively.
