Job Description
CareerMakers Recruitment are looking for a Team Leader for our client based in Wrexham, LL13.
This role requires:
* Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Monitor health and safety
* Monitor daily output and report KPIs.
Skills:
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Working hours:
* Mon - Fri
* 8am - 4pm (before fully trained)
* 2pm - 10pm (after trained)
