Job Description
Genesis is looking for experienced Team Leaders to join one of our clients based in CV35
The client are an E-Commerce business who have a number of large contracts, with the lead up to Christmas the sector will ramp up and need over 100+ staff on site. Team Leaders are needed on each shift to carry out the following:
- Supervision and leadership of staff on shift
- Performance management, checking pick rates, training and providing feedback
- Working with Operational Team to ensure shifts are running to full capacity and with full productivity
- Communicating with Agencies, Management and Staff
Shifts
4 on 4 off shifts, 8am - 8pm
