Warehouse Team Leader (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Northampton NN7
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00
Hourly Rate: £14.15
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our afternoon shift team in Northampton (NN7). This role is essential to the smooth running of our operations, overseeing both rework and co-pack teams to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage teams of re-workers and copackers
• Review weekly work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Deploy staff effectively to meet operational demands
• Conduct return-to-work interviews and support internal investigations
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and external partners
• Motivate team members and foster a positive working environment
• Adapt swiftly to changing operational needs and priorities
• Manage time efficiently across the team and within own responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Proficient in computer systems and basic reporting tools
• Clear and confident communicator
• Highly adaptable and solution-oriented
