Team Leader
Children’s EBD Service
Peterborough
Permanent | Full-time Position
£30680k plus paid sleeps additionally
3 shifts per week, 8 am-11 pm (or 7-10)

We are looking for a Team Leader to provide specialist treatment and care for up to three children/ young people aged between 7-18 with EBD/Additional Needs
The home is rated 'Good' by OFTSED, and provide nurturing and therapeutic care for children to progress with their lives.
As such, we are looking for a Team Leader to lead shifts and work directly with the young people to make a difference.
3 week rolling rota, shifts are long days and sleep when needed on a pattern.
Roles Required of a Team Leader:
* Support the Young People in the home with daily activities.
* Liaise with staff at the home and review/monitor care plans.
* Comply with regulations of the children's home in line with Ofsted regulations.
* Conduct regular meetings with Deputy Manager/Registered Manager /Care Providers to encourage the progression of the service users.
Experience Required of a Team Leader
* NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare - Essential
* One Year working in a Children's Residential Home- Essential
* Ability to commit to day shift patterns and some sleeps when needed- Essential
