Team Leader ExperienceResponsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership :
Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members to achieve performance goals.
Plan and allocate daily workloads and shift activities.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
Foster a positive, safety-first, and team-oriented culture.
Operations Management :
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch processes.
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer deadlines.
Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow efficiency.
Inventory Control:
Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in the warehouse management system (WMS).Health, Safety & Compliance :
Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct safety checks and promote safe handling of equipment and materials.
Report incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Communication & Reporting :
Communicate operational updates and priorities to the team.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments (procurement, transport, production, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
