Landscaping & Fencing Team Leader
Package: up to £35,100 DOE, Company Van, Pension & 28 days Holiday
PGE Landscaping Ltd, a leading commercial landscaping and fencing company, is seeking dynamic and experienced team leaders to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing commercial landscaping and fencing projects to the highest standards. If you are a skilled professional with proven leadership abilities and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces while prioritising safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of landscaping and fencing professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the installation of various landscaping & fencing specifications to a wide range of clients
Collaborate with clients and PGE’s Contract Manager to plan and organise project timelines, resources, and materials.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all projects.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial landscaping and fencing projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of landscaping and fencing techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Implement and enforce safe working practices and procedures, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscaping equipment.
Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.

Essentials:
3+ years experience in Fencing and/or Landscaping
Driving License
CSCS Card (desirable)
