🔍 What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader role (UK-based)
✅ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
✅ Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
✅ Two professional references, including one from your most recent employer
🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
🛡️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
