Manufacturing Team Leader - Premium Bespoke Products
Location: Hull
Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 38.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift system (Earlies, Lates, Nights)

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of skilled production operatives across a 3-shift system.
Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-end, customer-focused manufacturing setting.
Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and compliance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Championing health & safety, lean manufacturing principles, and team engagement.
Supporting training and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong people management and coaching skills.
A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (earlies, lates, nights).
