Job Description
Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for their manufacturing client in the Wednesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established production environment.
Hours:

07:30 – 17:00
Pay Rate:

£13.48 per hour
Job Duties:
*
Lead a small production team ensuring daily targets are met
*
Follow recipes & production plans accurately
*
Pack, palletise, and prepare products for distribution
*
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
*
Keep work areas clean and waste to a minimum
*
Escalate issues promptly through correct procedures
Requirements:
*
Previous production/leadership experience desirable
*
Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
*
Flexible and proactive team player
*
Good communication and decision-making skills
*
Comfortable handling food products (including allergens)
