Job Title: Team Leader – Residential Care Home (Dementia / Mental Health)
Shifts: Fully flexible (day & night shifts)

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to support care delivery and lead a small team in our dementia and mental health residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support care staff on shift
*
Manage full medication cycle (ordering, receiving, auditing)
*
Write and update care plans and risk assessments
*
Ensure a safe, person-centred environment
*
Communicate confidently in spoken and written English
