Are you looking for a role within a relaxed and contemporary working environment? My client is looking for an experienced leader to head their building structures team.

Duties will be varied and will include overseeing project delivery and mentoring more junior staff. 

They need someone who is a natural technical lead already working in a leadership role. The consultancy has a contemporary approach to their work and there is a real focus on work/life balance and as such there is a flexible working policy along with regular staff social events.

You should be a Chartered engineer with excellent communication skills and a commercially astute problem solver.
