Practice Leader – Learning Disabilities & Autism Support
Join a supportive team and make a real difference as a Practice Leader. You’ll be leading a team to deliver outstanding care and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

£13.50 per hour (+40p complex service, +30p on-call)

Requirements

Full UK driving licence & own car
*
Leadership or supervisory experience in care
*
Flexible to work weekends/nights

Calm, compassionate & patient approach

Understanding of PBS (desirable)

Ensure the people you support are central to their care planning

Provide personal care and support daily living needs

Drive individuals to activities in the community
