You’ll ensure effective statutory social care delivery, champion multi-agency collaboration, and oversee transition planning into adulthood—driving the best outcomes for families in Lambeth. This is a pivotal role where your leadership will directly shape the direction and standards of a growing service designed to meet children’s needs with a clear focus on independence, inclusion, and outcomes. About You * A Recognised Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work England * Strong post-qualifying experience in children’s social care * Proven experience of managing complex caseloads and delivering statutory functions * A track record of leading social workers, driving good practice, and managing risk * A passion for supporting children and young people with disabilities through periods of change, including transition into adult services
