Pay Rate: £18.50ph - £22.00ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Ongoing, possible Temp to Perm

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire a large team, demonstrating a 'lead by example' approach.
Be the Go-To Person: Address day-to-day staff queries and provide support as needed.
Handle HR Matters: Manage staff absences and conduct return-to-work interviews.
Smart Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas to ensure smooth operations.
Keep Everyone Informed: Communicate business updates and developments to the team.
Site Management: Tackle site issues like deliveries and facilities concerns.
One-on-One Support: Conduct regular 121s to discuss any issues or concerns with team members.
Empathetic Leadership: Implement changes thoughtfully and supportively.
Customer Advocate: Act as a point of escalation for customer queries or complaints.

Proven experience in Team Management or Leadership roles.
Exceptional communication skills that foster positive relationships.
A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
